PERSONAL IT SUPPORT.
We do provide personal IT support and consultation in Cairns and all over Australia.
Currently, we only have limited appointment slots that we are looking to expand in the future.
This service currently focuses only on the software and system-related issues but not hardware, as these issues can be sorted remotely by accessing clients’ computers using TeamViewer software.
INDIVIDUAL IT SUPPORT.
WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU IF WE DIDN’T FIX THE PROBLEM
This service costs:
- Less than 30 min ($70) – Less than 30 min to solve the issue or for consultation
- Less than an hour but more than 30 min ($100)
- After the first hour, you will be charged $40 for each extra 30 min.
For example:
- Fixing the issues in 20 min – You will be charged ($ 70)
- Fixing the issues in 50 min – You will be charged ($ 100)
- Fixing the issue in 2 hours and 30 min – $100 + $40 + $40 + $40 = $220
You will be charged $100 in advance; then you will get refunded the difference if the fix takes less than 30 min or be invoiced extra if the fix takes more than an hour.
WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU IF WE DIDN’T FIX THE PROBLEM AND YOU WILL GET REFUNDED
